The Delhivery Skill Development Program is a training initiative by Delhivery, India’s largest integrated logistics company across the country. It helps people learn new skills to improve their chances of getting good jobs. They teach things like communication, computer skills, and teamwork to make sure everyone has a chance to succeed in the workplace.

Eligibility to apply for The Delhivery Skill Development Program:
1. Minimum education qualification: 10th Pass
2. Age: 21 to 32 years
3. Basic proficiency in English & Math
Important Details About Delhivery Skill Development Program
1. Registration Locations: Chandigarh, Chennai, Mumbai, Patna
Candidates can register for the program by providing their details, selecting their preferred training location.
2. Online Entrance Exam: 5th May 2024
Successfully registered candidates will take a 90 min Entrance exam evaluating them on Behavioural, Aptitude, Logical Reasoning and Communication Skills.
3. Registration Fee: ₹399/-
Candidates need to pay ₹399/- for registration, which is non-refundable.
4. Entrance Exam Results: 9th May 2024
The results will be shared with the candidates on their registered Email IDs. Shortlisted candidates will move forward to the Screening Round.
5. Candidate Screening: 10th May 2024 – 15th May 2024
Shortlisted candidates will have a brief online interaction with Delhivery HR team for profile screening and evaluation of fitment for the training program.
6. Training Shortlist: 16th May 2024
Shortlisted candidates will be notified on the registered email id with an invite to join the Skills Development Program.
7. Training Program: 3rd June 2024 to 22nd June 2024
Shortlisted candidates will undergo a 3-week Training Program to gain hands-on operations experience with Weekly assessments to evaluate their progress.
8. Interviews & Placements: 22nd June 2024
Candidates who have successfully completed the training program will be interviewed by a panel to finalize the job designation and location. Starting package – 2.5 to 5 Lakhs Per Annum.
