Internship Type: The duration of this internship will be 3 months.

Responsibilities of Augmented Reality/ Virtual Reality Developer:
- Designing, developing, and implementing interactive 3D web applications using the Three.js library and other related technologies, such as WebGL and WebXR.
- Optimizing 3D assets, including models, textures, and animations, for efficient rendering and performance in web applications.
- Writing and maintaining high-quality, well-structured, and commented code, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
- Performing thorough testing and debugging of Three.js applications to ensure optimal performance, compatibility, and responsiveness across various platforms and devices.
- Providing technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and API specifications, to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria for IIT Bombay Internship 2024:
- Experienced in developing interactive 3D web applications using the Three.js library and other related technologies, such as WebGL and WebXR.
- JavaScript proficient and have experience with front-end web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Version control systems experience, such as Git
- Good-to-have Skills.
- Knowledge of 3D graphics principles, including modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling and animation tools and CAD tools, such as Blender, is solid.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Required Age:
To apply for IIT Bombay Internship 2024 candidates must be at least 18 years old. The maximum age limit hasn’t been specified for the internship.
Work Experience:
Experience is not necessary for IIT Bombay Internship 2024. Both freshmen and those with experience are encouraged to apply for this internship.
