1. Responsibilities of Cargo Operations Executive/Officer:
- This position is responsible for efficient handling of outbound (domestic / international cargo) from the station and handling of inbound cargo arriving at the station.
- Conduct cargo operations in accordance with applicable regulations and standards as laid down in this manual.
- Ensure proper packing, marking and weight is there on the packet/AWB before acceptance.
- Ensure cargo is dispatched from warehouse properly with all relevant documents.
- Ensure cargo is properly loaded/un-loaded from aircrafts.
- Liaison with customs/AAI/CUT Operator and ensure all Govt. Regulations of Customs/AAI/CUT Operator are met.
- Undertake issuance of Airway bill on behalf of assigned Product
- Prepare and execute customs paperwork on behalf of assigned Product, if need be
- Ensure that the Ground support equipment’s are properly maintained and are meeting the safety standards. Also all assets are kept clean and are in serviceable condition.
- Ensure that all safety / security and SOP’s with regard to Cargo operations are taken care of.
- Be aware of and comply with his / her safety responsibilities and accountabilities as laid down in the IndiGo SMS Manual, Chapter Safety Policy and Objectives.
Eligibility Criteria for Cargo Operations Executive/Officer:
Graduation from a recognized Board or University.
2. Responsibilities of Cabin Attendant (Female):
- Greeting passengers during boarding and disembarkation from the aircraft.
- Assisting passengers to their seats and providing special attention to those with special needs, such as the elderly or disabled.
- Serving food and refreshments to passengers during the flight.
- Ensuring the condition and availability of emergency equipment and providing necessary information to passengers regarding safety procedures.
Eligibility Criteria for Cabin Attendant (Female):
- Female Indian nationals, with Indian Passport, between 18 to 27 years of age.
- Passed 10+2 examination, from a recognized Board or University.
- Fluency and clarity of speech in both English and Hindi respectively.
- Minimum height of 155 CM’s, and weight proportionate to BMI.
- Positive body language and well groomed. No tattoos should be visible while in uniform.
3. Responsibilities of Senior Manager:
- Senior Manager will administer the organization’s customer experience at the contact center and would be reporting to Associate Director (CX).
- Highly Customer-Centric and Quality-oriented professional with excellent communication skills.
- Flexible 24*7 environment, eager to speak to the customer to manage escalation.
- Drives Performance Management ensuring achievement of daily targets and adherence to Service Level Agreement (SLAs) specified.
- Well-versed with call center matrices & tools, Inbound, Outbound, Chat, IVR, BOT, WhatsApp, etc.
- Preparing and presenting the WRM (weekly review meeting) deck.
- Provide feedback and coaching for all team members as call quality/Process Updates/Organizational updates.
- Grooming and mentoring the DR’s/vendors.
- Preparing development plans through automation.
- Regularly assessing training needs to fill performance gaps.
- Planning and imparting necessary training to the team wherever necessary.
- Working as a team with other leaders providing assistance and seeking support.
Eligibility Criteria for Senior Manager:
- 10-12 Years of experience on a similar role.
- Graduation from a recognized Board or University.
Required Age:
To apply for Cargo Operations Executive/Officer and Senior Manager positions candidates must be at least 18 years old. There is no maximum age limit specified for job.
To apply for Cabin Attendant (Female) candidates must be between 18-27 years old.
Work Experience:
Experience is not necessary for Cargo Operations Executive/Officer and Cabin Attendant (Female). Both freshmen and those with experience are encouraged to apply for these positions.
10-12 Years of Experience is required for Senior Manager position.
