Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities of Digital Process Owner:

• The person will be part of the Digital Transformation team and will support in building of new digital processes and journeys.

• The role will require understanding user requirements, benchmarking journeys with competitors, redesigning of the processes, writing user stories, coordinating with development team, conducting the UAT, rolling out of the new journeys, managing change management and continuous optimization of the rolled-out processes.

• The candidate should be well versed with agile way of working and be adept at managing scrums, ceremonies and ensure sprint wise deliveries as per the road map.

LIC Recruitment 2024 Qualifications and Required Skills:

• BE/MBA from a Recognised University.

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and ensure seamless delivery.

• Strong Project Management skills to ensure targeted timelines are met without compromising on quality.

• Hands-on experience in building and launching digital journeys in an agile manner.

• Strong data orientation and analytical skills.

• Passionate about innovation and creating impact through digitization.

Required Age:

To apply for Digital Process Owner position candidates must be at least 18 years old and should not be more than 40 years.

Work Experience:

3-8 years post qualification work experience with at least 3 years of recent experience in Digital Transformation.

Should be well versed with the SDLC process including product development, UX/UI, UAT, CI/CD, Infosec, CUG, Roll-out of journeys and optimisation etc.

Selection Method:

LIC Recruitment 2024 Selection Method:

(I) Initial Screening.

(II) Candidates will be short-listed for personal interview, based on their qualification, experience and overall suitability.

(III) Selection will be based on personal interview/ interactions.

Application Fee:

Application Fee including intimation Fees (Non Refundable): Rs.1,000/-(One thousand only) plus GST as applicable.

For SC/ST/PwBD candidates, there is no application fee, however they have to pay Rs.100/- (One hundred only) plus GST as applicable.

Transaction Charges are to be borne by the candidate. Payment has to be done through online only. Application Fee once paid will not be refunded on any account.

Salary:

The salary for the Digital Process Owner position is estimated to be around Rs 45,000 per month.
