Responsibilities of Graduate Commercial Trainee:
- The candidates will be given an opportunity to get trained in functions like Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Site Administration, Industrial Relations, Purchase, Stores, Material Management & Time Office, depending on the function they are assigned to.
Eligibility Criteria for L&T Recruitment 2024 For Freshers:
- Students currently in their final year of undergraduate studies (in the specified streams), having completed their 10th and 12th examinations, and expected to graduate in April/May 2024 from a recognized Indian University.
- Candidates should have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% or more up to 4th Semester in the under-graduation.
- Only full-time undergraduate students are eligible. Candidates pursuing dual-degree programs or studying through part- time or correspondence courses are not eligible.
- No backlogs (past or live) during under-graduation Course. All subjects/papers should be cleared in the first attempt only. Any subject/paper appeared and not cleared in the first attempt is considered as a backlog.
- Candidates born between 1st July 2001 and 30th June 2006 (both days inclusive) are eligible.
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. Foreign Nationals are not eligible.
- Final selection is subject to medical fitness as per the guidelines provided by our Chief Medical Officer.
