1. Responsibilities of Service Associate (SA):
- To achieve the revenue and margin targets as assigned by Store Leader.
- To increase the average transaction vale per customer by ensuring that each customer satisfactorily up the value chain during the selling process.
- Error free billing.
- Effective interactions on the shop floor to ensure satisfied customer response.
- Adhering to the selling process to ensure closing the sale.
- Address and escalate (wherever required) all cases of involving product/product interface for customers requiring enhanced inputs for facilitation of product selection, multiple product networking, etc.
- Constantly update knowledge and selling skills to perform cross- selling.
- Adherence to Store SOPs.
- To ensure that the complete set of customer’s needs are met starting from enquiry to closure of the sales transaction.
- To ensure customer grievances, if any, are effectively addressed and resolve thru’ escalations (if required).
- To satisfy customer needs and expectations in terms of advance product information and customized solutions that may be desired.
Qualifications and Required Skills:
- 12th Pass/ Graduation
- 1 to 3 years Experience
- High degree of customer orientation
- Aptitude for sale
- Language fluency
- High degree of process and systems orientation
- Enthusiasm for technology

2. Responsibilities of Executive Product Management:
- Assist Business Head / Product Manager to prepare national Sales plan in accordance with the management target considering the present market scenario.
- Prepare periodic review of the achievement against the plan in terms of volume & contribution.
- Propose & Implement Business policies on Distribution, Pricing, Credit by taking inputs from the regions (Dealers /Agents /Customers) based on business plan & market requirements.
- Provide market feedback to the Business Manager on development of new sizes / grades / markets to capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Based on new market requirements prepare necessary proposals for Product Manager.
- Follow up and monitoring of sales activities in the regions.
Qualifications and Required Skills:
- B. Tech / BE And MBA ( Preferred)
- 0- 2 Years of relevant work experience
- Execution Excellence
- Good knowledge of MS Office
Required Age:
