Tell me about yourself ?
Good morning/afternoon/evening sir/mam.
First of all, thank you for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Ruhi Raj. I am from Bihar.
Currently I am pursuing B.Tech in computer science from Haldia institute of technology. I have completed my 12th standard education from Sri Chaitanya Techno School, with the aggregate of 78.8%. and 10th standard education from Mahatma Gandhi shikshan sansthan with the aggregate of 10 CGPA.
Throughout my academic journey, I have participated in various technical events and competitions, which have enhanced my problem-solving abilities and developed my skills in programming languages such as c, c ++ and basics of java and very much interested in backend development. I have even done certain project on it as well. Some of my friends consider me a good leader with problem solving ability
I have completed a training program on Java & SQL from UNP. I also selected for the technical lead member of debugging competitions which enhance my leader ship quality.
Apart from this I solve 1000 plus problem on various platform like LeetCode, gfg, coding ninja and also I secured a rank 243 in gfg weekly coding contest.
I come from a close-knit family where my parents have always encouraged me to pursue my dreams.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
I have worked on 3 project my first project is movie API which totally a backend project and my second project is Instagram clone and last project is feedback management system.
Coming to my strength and week ness:
My hobbies are cooking and travelling with groups and family.

What are your salary expectations?
As I am a fresher, salary is not issue for me. My primary focus is on Learning and gaining experience. As your company is one of most reputed company, I will just accept the salary offered by you is best in the industry
Assume you are hired, then how long would you expect to work for us?
Everyone look for a bright future, heathy work environment, good salary, job satisfaction and I am pretty sure that your company gives such things, so I don’t need to change the company.
How would you rate yourself on a scale of 1 to 10?
I will rate myself 8 out of 10 because I would never like to think that their should be a room left for putting in more efforts. That thoughts will create an interst in learning the things. Thank you very much for giving me this wonderful opportunity.
What is your objective/goals in life?
My short-term goal is to work in reputed organization like yours where I can enhance my technical skills and knowledge.
My goal is to continuously learn and grow in the field of technology, contributing to innovative solutions and making a positive impact
My long-term goal is to see the company at a topmost position where i am one of the people responsible for that.
Who is your role Model?
My father is my role model of my life. Whenever I am down my father helps me to push my limits, and he always keeps me on the track. I still got inspired from him, how he manages every problem in every situation.
Would you lie for the company?
Probably i would say no for a lie. But if my lie creates a positive impact on the company and it was helpful for thousands of people, then i will lie.
What does success mean to you?
If I put a smile on someone face and make him happy, it is a success for me.

What is the difference between confidence and overconfidence?
Confidence is based on facts and knowledge, and overconfidence is based on speculation. There is a small difference between confidence and overconfidence. Yes, I can do this work is self-confidence. But only I can do this work is overconfidence.
What is the difference between smart work and hard work?
Smart work and hard work are related to each other. Without being a hard worker, we can’t be a smart worker. Smart work comes from the hard work.
So hard work increases your accuracy, and smart work increases accuracy as well as efficiency.
Describe the three things that are most important for you in a job?
According to me, Honesty, Loyalty, and determination to achieve my team’s target are the three important things in a job.
Explain the difference between group and team?
There is only one difference between the group and the team. That is unity. Any set of people who stand together without any purpose or goal can be called as Group. Whereas, when more than 2 people work towards a common goal, can be called as a Team.
What will you do if you don’t get this position?
I have high hopes that I will be selected. In case if I will not select, I will use this experience to reflect my weakness and try my best to improve on them for the future opportunities along the way.
What makes you happy?
I feel happy when I accomplished my task. I also feel happy when I achieved my goals. Holiday with my family and friends also makes me happy.
Is there anything which makes you different from other candidates?
Although, I am not familiar with the others whom you are interviewing for this position. I am sure many talented people applying for the job. But because of my background and the problem-solving skills, I considered myself to be a strong candidate for this position.
What are your expectations from the company?
I have always wanted to work with an organization which provides a very comfortable and home like work environment. I would like to work in the company where I can get the opportunity to learn and enhance my skill to become a better professional in the future.
On a scale of one to ten, rate me as an interviewer?
Sir/mam, I’m not in the position to rate you as an interviewer. Anyway, I’m not going to disappoint you. As an interviewer you’ve fulfilled your job, So, I can give you 10 out of 10. But I’ll give you 9/10 as there should always be a scope to increase our skills which will create an interest in learning the things.
Explain, how would you be an asset to this organization ?
To become an asset to an organization, one must be punctual, dedicated, quick to adapt to the environment, and possess a positive working attitude. I possess all of these qualities, which I believe will make me a valuable asset to this company.
What is more important to you: the money or the work ?
I would say that work is more important. If we work and achieve Company goals then obviously money would follow. I believe work to be prior.
Do you have any questions for me?
Thank you for giving me this opportunity. After my overall performance till now if I got selected what I need to improve and if I’m not selected how can I succeed further.

Where do you see yourself in next 5 year?
After 5 years, I would like to see myself more matured, experience, knowledge and responsible person in your company. Even I want to make a good relationship with all office members and staff
Are you willing to relocate?
Yes, I do not have any problem with relocation . As from class 12th I have been studying out of my city.

My final year project focuses on the application of machine learning in healthcare, specifically in the field of medical diagnosis and patient care.
the primary goals of this project is to develop predictive models that can help identify early signs of diseases, predict patient outcomes, and optimize treatment plans. We are using advanced ML techniques to handle large and diverse datasets, enabling us to create models that can detect patterns and anomalies that may not be apparent through traditional methods.
I’m excited to apply the knowledge and skills I’ve gained throughout my academic journey to address real-world healthcare challenges.”
How good your convincing skill explain?
“To convince someone, I start by understanding their point of view and what’s important to them. I listen carefully to what they say and try to see things from their perspective. Then, I explain my ideas clearly and use facts to support my arguments.
If they have any doubts or concerns, I address them honestly. I also highlight the benefits of my ideas and how they can help the other person.
Ultimately, I respect their decision, even if they don’t agree with me right away. I believe in
patient and respectful communication to convince others effectively.”
