1. Responsibilities of NC Programmer:
- NC Programmer with hands-on experience in CATIA and Good knowledge on Machining & proveout of Hard metal & aluminium aerostructure parts.
- To prepare effective and error free 3 axis and 5 axis NC programs
- Machine RFQs preparation & Setup planning.
Eligibility Criteria for NC Programmer:
- Diploma/B.Tech (CAD/CAM)
- Minimum 4 to 8 years of Experience.
- Experience in NX CAM-12 and above with 5-axis mill turning with Process Planning, Machining and CATIA CAM knowledge.
- Basic knowledge in GD&T, Cutting tools, fixturing, HRSA metal cutting, Aluminum part cutting.
- Good proficiency in Vericut, APQP, PPAP would be an added advantage.
2. Responsibilities of Operator Assembly:
- Assemble / label corrugate for display build.
- Assemble / label correct mix of products for display.
- Assemble / label correct mix of products for display.
Eligibility Criteria for Operator Assembly:
- ITI- Fitter & Apprentice (NCVT)
- Minimum 3 to 8 years of Experience.
- Experience in the Aerostructure Assembly process. Good understanding of Engineering drawings, familiar with hand tools & cutting tools.
3. Responsibilities of Paint Shop:
- Engineering drawings.
- Arresting & troubleshooting for the paint defects.
Eligibility Criteria for Paint Shop:
- ITI- Fitter & Apprentice (NCVT)
- Minimum 3 to 8 years of Experience.
- Experience of Manual Painting & Paint Mixing processes for Aerospace & Automobile components, Engineering drawings, arresting & troubleshooting for the paint defects.
Required Age:
