Responsibilities of Recruiter:
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
Qualification:
- MBA with minimum 2 Years of Experience
- Post Graduate degree
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite

- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Source potential candidates on job boards and databases based on agreed skills requirements
- Connect with business team to understand the requirements
- Be comfortable reacting to high volume requests and quick turnaround
- Ensure talent pools are kept organized and appropriate tags and job families are used
- Achieve delivery targets and meet deadlines
- Identify new sourcing methods when necessary
Qualification:
Graduation in any Subject and Minimum 1 Year of Experience.
Required Age:
